Hostel Cancellation and Refunds

Every hostel may have their own cancellation policy and the policies of the concerned hostel/s will be applicable to you after booking.

If the policy changes during your stay at the hostel/s, the policy at the time of your check in will be applicable in such cases. You will comply with the cancellation policies of the concerned hostels.

If the booking made by you is cancelled by the concerned hostel, the company or website will not be held responsible for it.

If the booking is cancelled within 2 days (i.e. 48 hours) of the anticipated check-in date, 100% of booking charges will be refunded.

If the booking is cancelled in less than 24 hours of the check-in date or No-Show, no refund will be made.

For the cancellation of add-on facilities (offered by the concerned hostel/s and applicable if any e.g. breakfast, laundry, etc.) check with the hostels.

Cancellation can be done through the website or app. Any other form of communication for the cancellation will not be entertained.
